You decide if and when to upgrade. Odooer 19 keeps the same price for as long as you run it: no surcharge for staying on an older version, and nobody forces an upgrade on you. When you want a newer Odooer version, we quote it as a service.
Fair use, in plain words
Includes up to 10,000 transactions a month (journal items and stock moves). Most businesses with 5–20 users record 2,000–5,000. If you grow past it, we’ll talk about a plan that fits. No surprise charges.
What counts as a transaction?
- A transaction is one journal item or one stock move created in your database. Both count, whatever their state.
- We count by calendar month, from the date each record is created.
- Usage during your free trial is never billed.
- Above the allowance nothing is blocked and nothing is billed automatically. We get in touch and talk about a plan that fits.
- Each database is its own subscription at the plan price. Several companies inside one database are one subscription.

1 Odoo’s first-year price is $13.40 per user per month (590 k MMK for 10 users). It applies for 12 months to the users ordered at the start; after that, the list price applies.
